OK, after last weekend’s dismal showing (to me, any loss is dismal), I figure we aren’t going to climb out of the danger zone any time soon, so I might as well keep updated on the battle against the drop.

It’s a whole lot more fun blogging after a win or even a draw. The penalty against Newell’s was crap. End of story. And new year, same problem. Not able to finish in front of the goal. At least our relegation rivals sucked this weekend, too.

Ok, I only saw about half of the game, and hopefully that was the bad half. Not a very well played game by either side, considering what was at stake. Some early chances that went for naught for both teams and then some really boring football.
