Colon preview, not really

By: Jeremy | August 29th, 2008

After last week’s dismal showing, I really don’t care to write a preview. Plus I don’t know much about Colon other than the fact that they should lose. But then again, so should Gimnasia (J) have last week. And work is way busy this week, so I didn’t have time to watch any other games last week, but thank you Colon for beating those rat bastard scoundrels over at Central.

Still don’t know about Cristian Fabbiani. What I do know is that Walter Fretes is in for Perez and Ernesto Cristaldo takes over for Leonel Vangioni on the left. Juan Quiroga gets the nod in defense over Pablo Aquilar. If Fabbiani’s transfer finally gets here from Romania, then he will start up top opposite none other than Diego Torres. If not, look for more of the incredibly ineffective but very Paraguayan Alejandro Da Silva.

Now, if they can just cut out the mistakes and actually play a decent game la lepra can take all the points home. This is the week. All the new players are going to be heard. Colon is going down. Hah!
