Saturday’s Starting Eleven

By: Jeremy | February 6th, 2009

Here it is, hot off the presses. Only four people are the same from the last year’s season opener.

Peratta; Pillud, Insaurralde, Schiavi, Quiroga; Sperduti, Bernardi, Bernardello, Vangioni; Formica and Armani.

The bench will see Caffa, Spolli, Machuca, Machin, Cristaldo, Monsalvo, Perez, L. Torres, Steinert, and Cobelli.

Since Lucas Bernardi’s transfer arrived in time from France, he will get the start. The deal with River came too late to get Santiago Salcedo up to speed.

I heard that Mauricio Carrasco, striker from Estudiantes also was signed, but I haven’t seen any details about it.
