Something Interesting
By: Jeremy | December 2nd, 2008Well, we aren’t fighting for the title, but there are still continental competitions to jockey for and there is this little tidbit. La Lepra currently have only 3 losses on the season, which is fewer than any other team. So 7 wins and 7 draws sees us done for the title, but it does make me feel good about the team’s direction.
They are learning not to lose. Now they need to start learning to finish. I feel like in 4, if not 5 of the draws they could easily have won, but they lacked some offensive cohesion. Hopefully with a little time off and a full preseason to train together el Rojinegro can mount a serious title challenge next season.
